C Salt

C Salt is a cozy open kitchen restaurant in Falmouth.  They added additional outside seating during Covid, but it's right on the main drag and not very appealing.  The menu is interesting but not on the cheap side.  Reservations required.

<AH> I feel like C Salt is a notch below where it used to be, perhaps since it changed hands in the last few years. It seems cramped as opposed to cozy.  Book a table or a seat at the bar and avoid the high tops and patio when making a reservation. </AH>
