Grumpy's Restaurant in Dennis, not to be confused with Grumpy's Pub in Falmouth, is a good breakfast destination mid-Cape.  They do lunch as well, but 55 hasn't experienced that yet.   They have an extensive menu, but people rave about their muffins, grilled with a dollop of butter.
